Stretch's drilling industry experience began with Drillex in 1994 as a drill rig fitter. From there Stretch worked through the ranks until his appointment as Maintenance Manager in 2001 where he remained until February 2006 when he moved to offshore work with Gas Services International. During his time at Drillex, Stretch was exposed to not only national, but also international experience through the company's operations in West Africa, where he held the position of Operations Manager Stretch has since returned to WA where he is heading up SBD's Australian Operations.

Graham is a co-founder of SBD.

Graham is also a former corporate finance partner of Ernst & Young. During his period with Ernst & Young, Graham was the project leader of a wide variety of corporate advisory assignments, in all industries, for small to large public and private companies. He has experience as Executive Director and subsequently Managing Director of a publicly listed company, as non-executive Chairman of a publicly listed company and as the executive officer of two large private companies. He formed Norvest Corporate Pty Ltd, a specialist corporate advisory firm, in April 2000 and is the Managing Director of that company.

Graham is currently Non Executive Chairman of Australian Stock Exchange Listed, Advanced Engine Components Ltd and Global Wine Ventures Ltd.

Graham lives in Perth, Western Australia.
